If you receive a damaged item, here's what you can do:

1. Create an Unboxing Video: Within 12 hours of delivery, consider creating a short unboxing video of the received item.
2. Email Us: Share the unboxing video with us via email at (customer@artechnoinnovations.com).
3. Our Evaluation: Our team will carefully review the video to assess the damage.
4. Replacement: If the video confirms damage during transit, we will promptly arrange for a replacement.

Please note that our policy exclusively covers replacements for damaged products; we do not facilitate returns.
